What to bring to a yoga class

  • Yoga mat and water bottle if you wish. If you do not have your own yoga mat, there are mats available at the studio for you to borrow.
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing and bare feet.
  • It is best not to practice on a full stomach.


To show consideration for the other students in the class

  • Many people are allergic to scents. Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class.
  • Please turn off cell phones.
